Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager in Stockholm, you will lead construction projects from contract signing to final inspection, with full responsibility for quality, schedule, and economy. You will lead projects in close collaboration with customers, consultants, installers, and subcontractors, and will be responsible for project follow-up, ÄTA (Additional Work), procurement, and customer relations. The role covers both large and small installation projects within the cooling sector. You will have no problem showcasing your excellent results from your current and previous positions.

You likely have experience in the construction, installation, or HVAC industry and are accustomed to handling your projects in a structured, business-oriented manner with good profitability. You have consistently created satisfied customers and employees who contribute and thrive in your team.

Experience in cooling is meritorious but not a requirement. However, it is important that you have good knowledge of contracting law, such as AB, ABT, and AMA. We assume you have a B-driving license and are proficient in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
